  • One account per user; multiple accounts are not permitted

4. Token System and Payments

  • Token purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
  • Unused tokens do not expire but may be subject to account inactivity policies
  • We reserve the right to modify token pricing with reasonable notice

5. Acceptable Use

  • Generate misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content
  • Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Produce content containing violence, hate speech, or adult material
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our AI models
  • Use automated tools to abuse our service

6. Content and Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of content you create using our platform
  • You grant us a license to process your content to provide our services
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any input content
  • We may use anonymized usage data to improve our services
  • Our AI models and platform technology remain our intellectual property

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlgoClips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
